This Air Jordan 1 Mid is relatively straightforward in its design. Deriving inspiration from the later ends of the sunset, the shoe is comprised of dark blues and deep reds, which dress the forward and back half of the shoe, respectively. Black neutrals balance out these tonal opposites along the fixtures adjacent, such as the toe cap, eyestays, collar, etc. The colorway is then rounded out with a direct nod to the Chicago cityscape, whose silhouette is printed just underneath the Swoosh.
