⚠ Unboxing Video is Mandatory for All Claims
A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is compulsory for every damage, incorrect item, missing accessory, or any other claim. The video must show the sealed package being opened and clearly capture the product and the issue. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances. No exceptions.
1. General Guidelines
1.1 Handling Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- Email pykcommunity@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery (as per courier tracking) with supporting images and/or videos
- An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or incorrect item claim. The video must be continuous, unedited, and clearly show the parcel seal being broken and the product inside
- Valid complaints will be reviewed and resolved appropriately at our sole discretion
- Pick Your Kiicks reserves the right to accept or reject any claim after inspection
- Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted
- The product must be unused and in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice intact
- Any product showing signs of use, wear, washing, or tampering will be rejected and returned at the customer's expense
1.2 Sales & Promotional Purchases
- All items purchased during a sale or promotional event are strictly final sale
- No return, refund, or exchange will be accepted for sale items, including cases involving sizing dissatisfaction or change of mind
1.3 Late Delivery
- Delivery delays caused by Pick Your Kiicks or the courier (excluding force majeure events) may qualify for a return or cancellation
- Orders shipped on time and progressing within the expected delivery timeline will not be eligible for cancellation solely due to delays
- Exceptions may apply in cases of confirmed loss in transit, subject to courier verification
- Pick Your Kiicks shall not be liable for courier delays, rescheduling, or force majeure events beyond our control
1.4 Shipping Costs
- Return and re-shipping costs are covered by Pick Your Kiicks for verified claims involving damaged products or incorrect items
- Shipping costs arising from customer-attributable reasons (such as incorrect size selection or change of mind) will not be covered
1.5 Pre-Purchase Assistance
- Customers are encouraged to consult the size guide and contact us before placing an order if uncertain about sizing or product details
- Once an order is placed and confirmed, no modifications can be made
2. Sneakers
2.1 Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Change of Mind
- Regretting a purchase after placing an order does not qualify for a return or exchange
Sizing Issues
- If the delivered size matches the ordered size, returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to fit concerns
Used or Tried Products
- Any sneaker that has been worn, tried on, or shows signs of use will be rejected
Damaged Packaging
- Minor damage to the outer shipping carton does not qualify for return
- The sneaker box itself must be materially damaged to be considered for review
2.2 Returns Allowed Only in the Following Cases
Verified Damaged Product
- The sneaker received is physically damaged, defective, or not in the described condition
- An unboxing video is mandatory
Incorrect Product or Size Delivered by PYK
- A different product or incorrect size was delivered compared to the confirmed order
2.3 Exchange Policy
- All products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable except in verified cases of damage or incorrect item delivery
- If the correct size ordered is delivered, no exchange or return will be accepted
- Pick Your Kiicks exclusively sells DS (Deadstock) sneakers that are brand new and unworn
- Size exchanges are generally unavailable
- Any exception approved by management may incur charges of up to 20% of the order value and will be resolved via store credit only
- The product must include: Original shoe box, Plastic seal, Dust bag (if applicable), PYK authentication tag
- Requests involving missing, removed, broken, or tampered authentication seals or tags will be rejected
- All return and exchange approvals remain subject to quality inspection
3. Cancellations
3.1 General Cancellation Policy
- Orders that are confirmed and paid cannot be modified, edited, or cancelled
- Products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable except in verified damage or incorrect delivery cases
3.2 Exceptional Cancellation Requests
- Any exception approved before dispatch is entirely at PYK's discretion
- Approved cancellations will be processed as store credit only
- Deductions of up to 20% may apply for processing and handling costs
3.3 Pre-Order Cancellations
- Pre-order items cannot be cancelled under any circumstances
3.4 Fraudulent Chargebacks
- Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes for validly fulfilled orders may result in evidence being submitted to payment processors and recovery action through lawful channels
4. Pre-Order Products
4.1 Pre-Order Terms
- Pre-orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-modifiable once placed
- Delivery timelines shown on product pages are estimates and may vary
- Delays in sourcing or supplier schedules do not qualify for cancellation or refund
- By placing a pre-order, customers acknowledge and accept these terms
5. Return Request Process
Step 1 – Record Your Unboxing Video
The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package with shipping details visible
- The parcel being opened from scratch
- The product as it is revealed
- The issue being claimed
Without a valid unboxing video, no claim will be considered.
Step 2 – Email Us Within 3 Days
Include:
- Order ID / Order Number
- Full Name
- Contact Number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Clear photographs
- Unboxing video or upload link
Step 3 – Await Review
- Claims are reviewed within 24–48 business hours
- Additional information may be requested if necessary
Step 4 – Ship the Product Back (If Approved)
Returned products must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- Returned with all packaging, accessories, dust bags, and tags
- Securely packed in an outer shipping carton
- Accompanied by a copy of the invoice
Step 5 – Resolution
Following verification:
- Replacement (subject to stock availability), or
- Refund, or
- Store Credit
All resolutions remain at the sole discretion of Pick Your Kiicks.
6. Apparels
6.1 Brand Apparel
- Size exchange available within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability
- Product must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 3 days with images and unboxing video
- No returns or cancellations
6.2 Hype Wear / One-of-One / Made-to-Order (MTO)
- No exchange, return, or cancellation under any circumstances
- Resolution for damaged items remains at PYK's sole discretion
7. Accessories
7.1 General Accessories
- No size exchange available
- Exchanges permitted only for damaged or incorrect items reported within 3 days
- Unboxing video is mandatory
- Product must remain unused with original packaging and tags intact
- No returns or cancellations
7.2 Jewellery
- No exchanges
- No returns
- No cancellations
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days with supporting evidence
8. Collectibles & Watches
8.1 Collectibles
- No return for change of mind
- Returns only for damaged or incorrect products reported within 3 days
- Unboxing video required
- Product must remain in original condition
8.2 Watches
Cancellation
- No cancellation due to change of mind or after use
Returns
- Accepted only for damaged or incorrect products reported within 3 days
- Warranty date discrepancies do not qualify for return
9. Care Products
- No exchanges
- Exchange permitted only for damaged or incorrect items reported within 3 days
- Unboxing video required
- No returns or cancellations
10. Refunds
10.1 Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only considered when a replacement product is unavailable
- All refund approvals remain at the discretion of Pick Your Kiicks
10.2 Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds may take 1–7 working days to reflect, depending on the payment provider and bank
10.3 Store Credit
- PYK may issue store credit instead of a cash refund
- Store credit remains valid for 1 year from the date of issue
- Store credit cannot be converted into cash
10.4 Payment Method
- Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method used at checkout
11. What We Do Not Accept
The following requests will not be accepted:
- Requests submitted after 3 working days from delivery
- Claims without a valid unboxing video
- Products missing original packaging, tags, accessories, or shoe box
- Used, worn, washed, or altered products
- Sizing issues where the correct size was delivered
- Change-of-mind requests
- Sale or promotional purchases
- Products with broken or tampered PYK authentication seals
- Returns initiated without prior written approval from the Pick Your Kiicks team
12. Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) Policy
This Partial Cash on Delivery Policy ("Policy") constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Customer and Pick Your Kiicks ("Company"). By selecting Partial COD at checkout, the Customer expressly agrees to all terms stated herein without exception. This Policy overrides any conflicting interpretation under FAQs, informal communication, or customer support correspondence.
- Partial COD is a conditional payment facility extended solely at the absolute discretion of Pick Your Kiicks and may be approved, modified, suspended, restricted, or withdrawn for any order, customer, product, or location at any time without prior notice
- Under the Partial COD facility, you are required to pay 10% of the total order value online at the time of placing the order (the "Advance Amount")
- The remaining 90% of the order value shall be paid at the time of delivery of the order
- The Advance Amount is not a token amount but constitutes partial performance of a concluded sale agreement and is strictly non-refundable, except where Pick Your Kiicks is unable to ship the order due to its own internal inability
- Once the Advance Amount is paid, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, edited, combined, or altered under any circumstances whatsoever
- By paying the Advance Amount, you confirm that the transaction is authorised, intentional, and not accidental or fraudulent, and that you intend to complete the purchase by paying the remaining 90% at the time of delivery
- You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact details, and for ensuring that you (or an authorised recipient) are available to accept delivery and pay the remaining 90% at the time of delivery
- If the shipment is returned to origin ("RTO") due to refusal to accept delivery, repeated non-availability, incorrect or incomplete address, failure or refusal to pay the remaining 90%, or any comparable customer-attributable cause, the order shall be treated as a customer-attributable RTO
- For a first RTO of a Partial COD order, Pick Your Kiicks may, at its sole discretion, allow one re-shipment without additional shipping charges but reserves the right to deny or refuse any re-shipment without providing any justification
- On a second RTO attributable to the customer (including after any re-shipment permitted by Pick Your Kiicks), the order shall stand automatically cancelled and the entire Advance Amount shall be permanently forfeited. No refund, credit note, or store credit shall be issued for such Advance Amount
- Refusal to accept delivery, failure to pay the remaining 90%, or any other customer-attributable cause leading to RTO shall under no circumstance entitle you to a refund of the Advance Amount
- Customer refusal of delivery, failure to pay the remaining 90%, or customer-attributable RTO shall not be treated as non-delivery, non-shipment, or service deficiency by Pick Your Kiicks for the purpose of bank disputes or chargebacks
- In case of malicious, baseless, or policy-contradictory chargebacks or disputes, Pick Your Kiicks reserves the right to: (i) submit evidence to banks and payment processors; (ii) permanently block or restrict the customer's account; and (iii) recover penalties, bank fees, chargeback costs, and related losses through lawful recovery mechanisms, including appropriate civil action where fraudulent misrepresentation is established
- Pick Your Kiicks shall not be liable for courier delays, rescheduling, force majeure events, or customer unavailability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability in relation to any Partial COD order shall be capped at the amount actually received by Pick Your Kiicks under that order
- This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with Partial COD orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Surat, Gujarat, India
Final Note
Pick Your Kiicks reserves the right to accept or reject any return, exchange, refund, or cancellation request following quality inspection. All decisions made by Pick Your Kiicks shall be final and binding.
