At Pick Your Kiicks, we take pride in delivering 100% authentic products in the best possible condition. We follow a strict no return, no refund policy for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.
We Only Accept Returns In the Following Cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received an incorrect product (wrong item or wrong size delivered by us)
In such cases, please notify us within 3 working days of receiving the order.
Return Request Process:

- Your Order ID
- Reason for return or exchange
- Photos/videos clearly showing the issue
- Our team will respond within 24–36 business hours.
- If approved, the item must be shipped back in its original, unworn, and unused condition with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice.
- The Pick Your Kiicks box must be used for return shipping. If damaged, repack in a secure cardboard box with proper tape.
âš Unboxing video is mandatory to claim any resolution, including exchanges or refunds.
Important Return Conditions:
- No returns/exchanges for sizing issues if the correct size was delivered
- No returns for worn or used items
- Original packaging must be intact
- Any missing accessories or tampering will void the return
- Returns are subject to approval after inspection
Refunds (If Applicable):
- Refunds are provided only if a replacement is not available and are solely at the discretion of our team
- Refunds may take 1–7 working days to reflect, depending on the payment method
- Alternatively, we may offer store credit valid for 1 year
Exchange (If Applicable):
- If a wrong product or size was sent by us, and a replacement is in stock, we will ship it out once the returned product is received and verified
What We Don’t Accept:
- Requests after 3 working days
- Items returned without original packaging/accessories
- Products that show signs of use
- Sizing issues due to incorrect selection by the customer
We encourage all customers to refer to our size guide and reach out before purchase if unsure. Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made.
