All orders placed by users on the Pick Your Kiicks platform are subject to product availability, our acceptance of your order, and your continued adherence to the terms, policies, and notices stated here.

Promotional Sale Activity

All sales during promotional or discount periods are final. Purchases made during such periods are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Loyalty points, gift vouchers, and referral rewards cannot be redeemed against any ongoing sale or promotional offer on the website.
Loyalty points will not be rewarded for purchases made during sale or promotional events.

Section 3: Order Acceptance and Pricing Errors

All prices displayed on our site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Orders placed through the site are an offer by you to purchase the product. Order confirmations or payment receipts do not constitute acceptance of sale or a binding contract. A sale is considered accepted and final only after the product is dispatched and a shipping confirmation is issued.

Pick Your Kiicks reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch due to:

Inventory issues
Quality check failures
Payment or fraud concerns
Operational limitations

In case of pricing errors, including technical or typographical errors such as incorrect pricing display, we reserve the right to cancel the order, even if payment has been processed. In such cases:

The customer will be notified immediately
A full refund will be issued to the original payment method
No cancellation fees or deductions will apply

Such pricing errors are entirely unintentional and do not represent misleading or deceptive advertising practices. All cancellations related to mispricing comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019; the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020; and the principles of unilateral mistake under the Indian Contract Act.

Section 4: Product Availability and Authentication

We strive to maintain accurate stock information; however, due to supply chain and multi-source inventory models, stock availability may change without notice.

We are devoted to displaying our products as accurately as possible, including colours and images. However, we are not responsible for variations in display due to your device settings. There may be a slight variation in the colour of the product from what is shown in the images, and Pick Your Kiicks is not responsible for the same.

Certain products may be sourced from third-party suppliers and undergo authentication and quality verification before dispatch. If products fail authentication or become unavailable during sourcing, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. You will be notified in such cases.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis. We also reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer.

Section 5: Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Exchanges

All shipping, delivery timelines, returns, and exchanges are governed by our separate Shipping Policy and Return & Exchange Policy.

No returns for change of mind
Exchanges and refunds are only applicable for incorrect or damaged products
A mandatory, complete, and unedited unboxing video is required for any claim, clearly showing the sealed parcel before opening, the shipping label, the unboxing in one continuous recording, and all items received
Clear, timestamped photographs of the outer packaging, inner product packaging, product(s) received, and shipping label must also be submitted
Claims must be raised within the period specified in the Return Policy
Claims submitted without required supporting evidence, submitted after the stipulated time period, or found to be inconsistent or incomplete may be rejected at our sole discretion
If the parcel appears tampered with, resealed, or physically damaged at the time of delivery, you are advised to refuse acceptance and contact us immediately through our support channels
Pick Your Kiicks shall not be held liable for any loss, shortage, or defect reported beyond the specified claim window or in the absence of required evidence

Section 6: Accuracy of Information

In case of order cancellation, your payment will be reversed and the amount will be returned to your account. Please note that this may take up to 14 business days depending on your payment method or bank. Once a refund is initiated from our end, the processing timeline is determined by your bank or payment provider.

Purchases made in a foreign currency may be affected by the applicable conversion rate at the time of refund. If the conversion rate differs from when the order was originally placed, it may affect the refund amount. This is determined by your card issuer or bank, and Pick Your Kiicks is not liable for any such conversion differences.

These restrictions may apply to orders placed under the same customer account, the same payment method, or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address.

You agree to promptly update your account information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can process your transactions and contact you when needed. We may limit or refuse orders that, in our sole discretion, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
