The color blocking of the Air Jordan 1 Low “University Blue” largely adopts that of the “Banned,” albeit without the inclusion of a blacked out tongue. Here, the UNC signature dresses not only the toe box, Swoosh, outsole, and heel but also the aforementioned fixture, the latter of which helps backlight the embroidered Jumpman. Elsewhere, much of the colorway is similar to its more historic counterpart, with black and white neutrals dressing the rest of the upper and midsole, respectively.
