In essence, both pairs are a symbol of their union and shared passions, paying homage not only to the very season their love began but also the precursor to what we know to be streetwear today.
Though different in form, the above-mentioned models are undoubtedly like-minded in their design. The standard Air Jordan 1, which we’ve seen in detail countless times over the course of the year thus far, reworks a base similar to that of the iconic “Neutral Grey” colorway. Here, green threads are stitched all along the collar, while thicker weaves mend the shoe along the entirety of its profile. This execution is carried over to the shoe’s platform counterpart, paired with a bright green Swoosh and orange logos that recall Bephies Beauty Supply’s prior work with the Jumpman.
