The pair is the 18th posthumous release from the Kobe Brand and is one part of the larger “Gift of Mamba” collection. Prepped as part of Nike Basketball’s Holiday 2023 lineup, the sneaker and apparel offerings feature “Triple-Black” makeovers, hence the “Black Mamba” nickname. Although the basketball shoes are the collection’s headlining piece, accompanying “Gift of Mama” tee and Destroyer jacket also contribute to Kobe Bryant’s legacy.
